Introduction
Wielton clients come from various industries: transport, construction, manufacturing, distribution and agricultural companies. More than 75,000 semi-trailers and trailers with the Wielton logo are already out on the road. Wielton has included a camel on their logo. We are proud of our llama. Our companies are a perfect match. It’s obvious.
Together with the Wielton team, we have managed to create several websites: the official company website (which includes the product catalogue), a stock website, and several separate websites for the whole dealer network, for such markets as Germany, Bulgaria, and Ukraine.
It is worth highlighting that, in each case (in each project), we were responsible for web design and web development as well. The implementation of the main company website included integration with the CRM system through the web services. All websites are available in various languages.
The starting point for the project
Our cooperation with Wielton started in 2012 when we won an internal bid for a new website vendor. In 2017, due to rapid international development, the company decided to redesign its websites again and asked us to help. The starting point was an official company website - wielton.com.pl with a big focus on the product pages. Since then, we have designed more websites for the company including a stock website and websites for the whole dealer network. The goal for the stock website was to create it according to official stock exchange recommendations. Every company listed on the Polish stock exchange needs to provide proper information to the stakeholders, shareholders and investors. That is why we put the greatest focus on share price presentation, financial information, event timeline, and shareholding structure.

The Approach
We understood our goal as building a website that will present Wielton’s leading role in the international market of semi-trailer producers. As always, we started from the input phase - we invited the Wielton Marketing Department for workshops in order to learn more about their international competitors, strategy, and sales activities.
Our client also decided to have a special photo shoot, to make sure that the products look spectacular on the website. Those photos were core for the design. We grouped dozens of trailers in several product groups. Each product is described by its technical parameters, a list of advantages, and configuration options.
The implementation of the main company website included integration with the CRM system through the web services. The bespoke CRM contains information about the Wielton service network. Each service point is fetched from this system and displayed on the map visible on the website.
All websites are fully compliant with WordPress and ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) standards. The main technologies used for each project are PHP, JS, and WordPress.

Product presentation
On each product subpage, users are able to take a closer look at the trailer or semi-trailer of their choice. All details of the construction are clearly presented and explained in an accessible manner. Product pages include such modules as: product advantages slider, video, technical solutions and specifications. We have also implemented two 3D Virtual Tours. A 3D Virtual Tour lets potential clients visit and walk through Wielton's headquarters online, giving them a chance to learn more about the products.

Road Services Network Map and Sales Network Map
We have used a Google Maps solution in order to visualise the localisation of Service Partners and Sales Offices. Records are fetched from WordPress or from an external CRM system through API integration. Website visitors (potential clients or trailer drivers) can enter their current location in the search bar. This way the system will suggest the nearest Sales Office or Service Point.

Training calendar
All Wielton customers are welcome to take advantage of the training resources. We have created a training calendar where the website users can select authorised training and book it for themselves or for their employees. Users can indicate their willingness to participate by completing an easy registration form. The list of available trainings is easily manageable in the WordPress dashboard.
Results
Since 2017 the main corporate website has been visited more than 2 mln times. The average time spent on the website is 2.5 minutes. The average user visited approx. 3 subpages during each session. Taking into consideration a quite low bounce rate (44.10%) and all the offer inquiries that came to us after Wielton's website launch, we can proudly say that this website stands out not only against competitors but also against the entire B2B automotive industry.
